The bands must be worn on each of your child's wrists with the button placed face-down over the Nei-Kuan point. To find this point, place your child's three middle fingers on the inside of the crease on their wrist. The correct point is just under their index finger and between the two central tendons. Prolonged use may cause swelling of the hands. Should swelling occur, please remove the bands and replace once swelling subsides. If the bands cause pain, remove immediately.
