Returns Policy

Our goal is to satisfy our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. An original receipt is required for all returns.

Refunds will be given either in the same currency used for the purchase or as in-store credit for the purchase or exchange of another product. If the purchase was made by a personal check, a refund will be issued by mail after 14 days from the receipt of the returned merchandise, allowing time for the original check to clear the bank. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item.

• Over-the-counter medications, vitamins, makeup, personal hygiene products, etc. 
  • must be in good and unopened condition for return
• Gifts, toys, braces, durable medical equipment, and other products 
  • It can be returned if unused and can be restocked. 
  • If the merchandise has broken or malfunctioned under normal use within 30 days, an exchange or return will be issued

It is up to the discretion of Buena Vista Drug staff to determine if a product is in a condition for return.
