1. Unfasten shoulder strap. Insert arm into pouch. Place elbow snugly into corner. 2. Bring strap across your back and over opposite shoulder. Secure strap in buckle closure. Arm should rest horizontally. 3. Insert thumb in loop. Position pad over shoulder for comfort. To remove, simply slip the strap over your head. No need to unbuckle. Washing: Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or put in dishwasher.
