Per a protocol with the State of Colorado our pharmacists are available to consult about and prescribe smoking cessation products. A short questionnaire will be required at the beginning of the appointment. 

When you arrive please come to the pharmacy to notify us of your arrival. We will then direct you to our consult room. Please be prepared with a list of any medications you are currently. Our staff will also be taking your blood pressure, medical history, and height and weight.
