The hemoglobin A1c test tells you your average level of blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months. It is a test often used to diagnose and monitor diabetes. If you have diabetes it is recommended to test your A1c every 3 months. 

When you arrive please come to the pharmacy to notify us of your arrival. We will then direct you to our waiting area and will administer the test. We will ask for your primary care providers information as well so we can send the test results to them as well.
